Established in 2005, the plastic injection workshop is mainly engaged in production of plastic parts. With an investment of 3 million yuan RMB and covering an area over 3,000 square meters, the workshop has been equipped with PD and CJ equipments and 80T-2000T various professional injection molding machines.he maximum demission of plastic parts acceptable for the workshop is ＜2200mm×2200mm. With more than 1 thousand sets of available moulds in use, the workshop has achieved an average monthly plastic part output of 150 thousand pieces. With more than 50 veterans experienced in injection molding, mould testing and installation assigned, the workshop has separately started to undertake injection manufacture of various plastic parts.
