Established in 2005, the mould process workshop mainly engaged in design and manufacture of plastic and metal moulds. An investment of about 60 million yuan RMB has been put into the workshop for construction, furnishing and mould development.Convert an area over 3,000 square meters, the mould manufacture workshop was equipped with domestically advanced CNC process center, EMD(electric discharge machine ) machiness, wire cutting machines and facilities for cutting, drilling, boring, milling, planning and grinding. The maximum demission acceptable for the mould workshop is 1600mm×600mm×500mm. And with a process precision of 0.002mm, the workshop has achieved a monthly output of near 100 sets of finished moulds.

At present, 53 engineers, including 10 senior engineers, 18 production technicians and 25 veterans, assigned to the mould workshop have been experienced in mould design and manufacture, they have established thousands sets of moulds for plastic part and hardware production, and divided into 5 groups, including technical research group, design and drawing making group, process structure group, mould manufacture group, quality control group and mould test group.

The workshop has separately started to undertake research, development, design and manufacture of various non-standard moulds, hardware punching moulds, plastic injection moulds and frock clamps, with a quarterly expanding business scale.
